Opened in 1944 in a retrofitted school bus, this seasonal restaurant sits at the northwest corner of Battery Park in Burlington, Vermont from April to September cooking up our incomparable French Fries & Michigan Dogs.

Beansie's first opened in 1944, and has been faithfully feeding Burlingtonians for 80 years. The Beansie's Bus family is aimed at keeping the summer tradition alive for current and future generations.

Beautiful Battery Park is located ideally between downtown and the new north end. Visit us on your way home from work, or on your way to North Beach on a hot day. Bring the kids down to enjoy an ice cream novelty and enjoy one of the many concerts and events held throughout the summer in the park.
